Express Shipping: Typically delivered within 2-3 business days. Additional charges apply and are calculated at checkout.


Order Processing

- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Times

- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

International Shipping

- We currently ship to select international locations. International shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.
- Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless there is a defect or error in the customization.

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at [sales@inaara.com](mailto:sales@inaara.com) to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning your item(s).
3. Ship the Item(s): Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include the return authorization. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

Refunds

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
